Montjuïc Revival Rally in Barcelona. First edition of Montjuic vintage car rally, which coincides with the car exhibitons Auto Retro and Salo Ocasion at Fira Montjuic. The Montjuic Revival Rally pays tribute to the many motor races, including
Formula 1, GT, Renault 8, Formula 2 and Sport Prototypes, that took place on the legendary Montjuic street circuit in Barcelona for over 75 years until racing on Montjuic hill ended in 1975. The winner of the very last F1 race on Montjuic, German Jochen Mass in a McLaren-Ford, will attend the 2012 Montjuic Revival Rally, which will also welcome classic vintage racing cars with famous Spanish racing drivers behind the wheel for a "showcase race" around the old circuit. This event has three areas, the circuit, the village and the drivers paddock on AV del la Reina Maria Cristina. Entrance to the drivers paddock is € 6 per day or €10 for 2 days. Children under 12 free. Entrance to circuit and village are free.
