It is connect to Masella ski station. La Molina often hosts international World cup skiing and snowboarding races. A 1 day lift pass for La Molina ski area costs €39.50 in 2012 and for a few euros more you can buy the Alp2500 ski pass which gives access to both La Molina and Masella ski areas (called Alp2500.) The driving time to La Molina from the centre of Barcelona is around 2 hours. There are toll costs for highways and a toll charge to drive through the Tunel de Cadi. Sagales bus company offers a one day package trips to La Molina on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the ski season. Ski bus Wednesdays price is € 34 and Ski bus Saturdays  price is € 45 (2013 prices) The Ski Bus prices includes transport, insurance and ski pass. The Ski bus to La Molina (and Masella) leaves from Passeig Sant Joan 52 in Barcelona near the Arc de Triomf.

By Ski train to La Molina
FGC trains to La Molina. To get to La Molina by train take
the “Tren Blanc” white train from the Renfe Rodalies train station at Plaça de Catalunya around 6.10 in the morning, arriving at La Molina ski station at 08.43. The return train journey from La Molina to Barcelona leaves at 17.50, so skiers are back in Barcelona at 20.14. The Tren Blanc also stops at "Ribes de Freser" where you can catch a mountain train to the ski station Vall de Nuria.  The "Tren Blanc" is operated by Renfe Rodalies de Catalunya regional trains.
La Molina offers a one day "Skitren Molina" train package, which includes train ticket to and from La Molina train station, transport from train station to La Molina ski area by bus and a 1 day lift pass. The 2013 Skitren Molina price is € 44 for adults and € 34 for children. You can buy the "Skitren La Molina" ticket at any Renfe Cercanías/Rodalies railway stations in Barcelona, including railway stations Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, Sants among others.

La Molina is next to the ski station La Masella and there is a combined ski pass called "Alp2500" which gives access to both ski areas. La Molina has a big Snowpark equipped with modules, railings and ramps, which is accessible by taking the Trampolí [Ski-jump] chair lift. The snowpark is great for freestyle, jumping and acrobatics and has one of the longest styled slopes in the Pyrenees with up to 7 consecutive modules with different levels of difficulty. It also features an impressive 90m long and 3.70m high Half-Pipe in the Torrent Negre area. La Molina often hosts national and international World cup skiing and snowboarding races and events.
