Where does Norwegian Viva dock in Barcelona? Map and directions

The cruise ship Norwegian Viva docks at Barcelona's biggest dock called Moll Adossat. This wharf has five cruise ship Terminals A, B, C, D and E - see map below. Moll Adossat is the Catalan language name - the word moll means pier in the Catalan language. This dock is called 'Muelle de Adosado' in the Spanish language.

Can you walk ashore?

From Moll Adossat wharf, it's a 30 minute walk to the edge of the old part of Barcelona's center (called Cuitat Vella) where you can find a metro station Drassanes and stops for the Barcelona hop-on-hop-off tour buses. 30 minutes is a bit of a walk with bags, so many cruise passengers choose to take a cab from the cruise ship to hotels or destinations in the city - or they take the Barcelona Port shuttle bus from Moll Adossat, which is called the Cruisebus

From Moll Adossat pier to Airport

Barcelona Airport is 15 km (9-mile) drive away from the port and Moll Adossat. There is no direct bus or train connection between Barcelona Airport and the Barcelona cruise port. From the airport you can take the airport shuttle called Aerobus to Plaça Espanya and then continue to the cruise port by taxi. There are many taxi at Pl. Espanya. However, the easiest way to the cruise terminals from airport is probably by taxi. There is a fixed taxi price for rides between Barcelona airport and the Moll Adossat cruise ship dock.
