Festes Decennals de la Candela de Valls. Every ten years the town of Valls hosts one of the most traditional festivals in Catalunya: the Decennial Celebrations. For over two centuries every year that ends with the number 1 is the year of the Festes Decennals, also known as the “Festes de la Llum” or "Festival of Lights.
