MASiMAS Barcelona 2024. San Miguel MASiMAS Festival is a concert series of over 300 performances in Barcelona during August featuring world music, jazz, flamenco, classical and electronica and rock music. Concerts take place at various venues in Barcelona. The MasiMas festival started in 2003 to provide music in the month of August, which used to be a very quiet month in Barcelona when many local residents were away on holiday. Now August has a full calendar of events and concerts thanks to in part to the MasiMas music festival, which has established itself as a popular summer music festival event.
