Barcelona Green Tip - where to buy kitchen recycling bags. The city council in Barcelona once sent out free coloured kitchen recycling bags that became very popular. If you want to buy something similar in design then go to a hardware store called Servei Estacio on corner of Arago and Passeig de Gracia. They have similar bags at around 4.95 each.

Opening times Servei Estacio:
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00
