Disfrutar restaurant Barcelona. 3 Michelin stars 2024. Named Best restaurant in the world in 2024. Named 2nd best restaurant in the world in 2023 by British ranking "The World's 50 best restaurants" magazine. Disfrutar chefs and owners are Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch. Disfrutar won its first Michelin star in 2016, a second in 2018 and third in 2024. Disfrutar is a beautifully designed modern restaurant in Barcelona's Eixample area near the Mercado de El Ninot food market.

The name "Disfrutar" means "enjoy" in English and is a perfect word to describe this high class dining experience. Disfrutar is a partnership between three former head chefs at famous elBulli restaurant and foundation. Casañas, Castro and Xatruch also own the popular restaurant "Compartir" on Valencia street in Barcelona and the restaurant "Compartir" in Cadaqués on the Costa Brava coast. This trio have brough their considerable combined portfolio of culinary experience and signature to Barcelona and will be a must visit restaurant for years to come.

Disfrutar offers a choice of 2 tasting menus, "Disfrutar Classic" and "Disfrutar Festival" both at €290. (2024) and a Special Menu Table M#01 - "Living" Table for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 6 persons. Reservations on +34 933486896 or via the website.
