The Ribermúsica Foundation has temporarily suspended activities including the Ribermúsica - Gran Festa de Tardor (Autumn Festival) due to the current economic crisis. Gran Festa de Tardor was the neighbourhood music festival of the Ribera district of Barcelona, which also incorporates the Born area. The festival usually present concerts in many musical genres in icon locations including the church Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, in the palaces and museums on the street "Carrer de Montcada," and in the "Convent de Sant Agust" cultural centre among other venues, art galleries, cafes and restaurants in the Ribera and Born area.
