Casa Llotja de Mar
The Casa Llotja de Mar in La Ribera area of Barcelona is one of the most important 18th century buildngs in Barcelona. Built on top of the old medieval building, it is one of the best examples of two-storey civil Gothic architecture in the Mediterranean.

Historically the Casa Llotja de Mar has been the seat of the most emblematic institutions of Catalan commerce. Today, it is the corporate headquaters of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping of Barcelona. Not open to the general public except for 1 day a year in October, but available for group visits and corporate events.
