The English title is  'You Only Live Once.' Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is a fun bachelor road trip by three best friends through Spain starting in Barcelona, Spain. Filming locations start at Barcelona airport at Terminal 2 - at the beautiful modernist 5 star Hotel Casa Fuster at the top of elegant shopping street Passeig de Gracia. Then the roadtrip starts for real heading towards the beautiful coastline beaches of the Costa Brava coast north of Barcelona with scenes shot near the resort town of Lloret de Mar, but Lloret de Mar is not where the actual beach scenes were filmed. Remember this is a movie, so the real-life locations do not always correspond to the locations in the movie. In the movie the three friends pass a road sign that to 'Lloret to Mar', but there are no actual movie scenes in Lloret de Mar, so don't go there expecting to find the exact beach, where the beach scenes were filmed which is actually a small secluded beach in another location of the Costa Brava coastline. Lloret de Mar is a party resort town and does not feature at all in the movie.

Also on the drive to Costa Brava in the movie, there is a stop at a gas station. In reality this gas station is not on the way to Costa Brava at all but is located near the Montserrat mountain which you can see in the background of these scenes. In Valencia the friends join in the tomato festival La Tomatina de Buñol ( this was recreated in a smaller format for the movie) and they also join the bull running in Pamplona and finally experience flamenco dancing in Seville in Andalucia in the south of Spain. It's a modern, fun and funny road movie with a modern and catchy soundtrack to go with it. The hit song Señorita (below) is fantastic.






The success of the movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara spilled over into the Spanish tourism industry for a few years, when many Indian visitors to Spain were eager to visit the beautiful locations in Spain where the movie was filmed. It is estimated that this movie alone created a boost of 32 percent of tourism from India to Spain in the years following the movie release. It was directed by Zoya Akhtar, and stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif among others.
