ABaC Hotel. ABaC restaurant is an elegant, minimalist establishment considered by many to be one of Barcelona's very best restaurants. Chef Jordi Cruz has the distinction of being the youngest chef in Spain to win a Michelin star at just 26 when he was at Estany Clar de Cercs outside Barcelona. ABaC was awarded two Michelin stars in 2012 and in 2018 three Michelin stars, which is a testament to Jordi Cruz as one of the world's great chefs who offers innovative, experimental and original cuisine and top service by designer clad staff.
